Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior Scheduling professional for the Austin Main division to oversee the scheduling team on multiple construction projects.

The role involves developing and maintaining CPM baseline schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely progress updates. It requires extensive experience with Primavera P6, schedule risk analysis, and collaboration across design, procurement, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; 8+ years of experience.
• Experience on large construction projects (>$100m) with scheduling leadership.
• Scheduling certifications desired (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP).
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and scheduling tools like Acumen Fuse/Change Inspector.
• Knowledge of earned value, risk analysis, and lean construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling activities for multiple projects, developing CPM baseline schedules.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, Construction, and BD on scheduling matters.
