Job summary

You will mentor staff, foster safety and ethics compliance, and work with preconstruction and finance teams to keep the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with advanced presentation skills.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents and drawings.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance project teams through supervision, training, coaching and feedback.
• Manage and develop staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
• Establish and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
• Oversee budget and financial reporting to ensure adherence to project budget.
• Manage QA/QC program and enforce safety protocols on site.
• Foster client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
