Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Program Scheduler to lead the creation and management of schedules for large-scale construction programs. You will work with project managers and contractors to ensure schedule integrity across data centers, infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy sectors.

The role requires extensive experience with Primavera P6, Tableau, and CPM scheduling, plus strong communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
• Prior experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting.
• Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implementing best practices and reporting trends both internally and externally.
• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
• Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.
• Actively work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity.
• Produce logic driven schedules from initiation through to closeout; identify major phases and dependencies.
• Utilize P6 to create E2E master schedules and detailed construction schedules, update schedules regularly, and track resources.
• Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors on a regular basis.
• Prepare and update monthly progress reports.
• Monitor and communicate possible project issues that could delay the schedule.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role.
