Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium, Inc. seeks an experienced Scheduler to lead CPM analyses, baseline and monthly schedule reviews, and time-impact evaluations for large-scale construction programs in California.

The role involves coordinating with contractors, updating owner schedules, and preparing detailed performance reports. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of scheduling with active project support, PSP/PM certification preferred, and strong proficiency in Primavera P6, PMWEB, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years scheduling experience with 5+ years supporting active construction projects.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques and earned value reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review Baseline Schedule for conformance with Plans and Specifications to ensure proper WBS, sequencing, critical path and logic ties.
• Coordinate constructability reviews on Contractor’s Baseline Schedule and identify missing activities, float sequestering, or suppression.
• Review Monthly Schedule updates for accuracy, logic changes, and progress reporting.
• Provide written evaluation, comments and responses on Baseline Schedule submittals and coordinate with Contractor Scheduler for clarification.
• Develop and maintain an Owner shadow Schedule and perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) for changes.
• Attend weekly meetings and report schedule slippage or variances to Management.
• Prepare progress reporting documents and communicate project sequencing and risks.
