Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to lead scheduling for major capital programs in the United States. You will drive Primavera P6 master schedules and Tableau-based reporting, coordinating with project managers and contractors to safeguard schedule integrity.

The role requires 5–7 years of scheduling experience, a construction-related degree, and often a formal AACE planning certification. This on-site position emphasizes accurate look-ahead planning and monthly progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or construction.
• 5–7 years of applicable scheduling experience.
• AACE Planning/Scheduling certification preferred.
• Experience building a complex master schedule and working with project controls.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
• Review engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic and maintain schedule integrity.
• Produce E2E master schedules and look-aheads (monthly, quarterly) for reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors and sub-contractors to monitor progress and risk.
• Prepare and update monthly progress reports and ensure SOX controls where applicable.
• Identify dependencies, critical paths, and resource loading implications.
