Formación

• 10+ years of experience using Primavera P6 to develop, implement, and maintain construction schedules.
• Proven track record in CPM construction scheduling for multiple projects.
• Experience supporting new vertical construction and renovation projects.
• Experience in medical/pharmaceutical facilities, heavy-highway environments.
• Strong knowledge of critical path methodology, schedule logic, sequencing, milestones, float, dependencies.
• Experience analyzing contractor schedules and proposed schedule revisions.
• Experience preparing schedule narratives, progress analyses, and schedule status reports.
• Ability to clearly communicate schedule findings, risks, impacts, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain CPM baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop and maintain program- and project-level construction schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
• Update schedules regularly with narratives, progress analyses, and milestone status reporting.
• Integrate project and subcontractor schedules into master schedules.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, float, sequencing, and critical path activities.
• Identify schedule impacts, delays, conflicts, and mitigation strategies.
• Analyze contractor schedules and proposed revisions.
• Evaluate schedule performance against baselines and milestones.
• Perform or support Time Impact Analyses (TIA) for REAs, delays, and other schedule impacts.
• Provide scheduling findings and recommendations to project managers, construction managers, contractors, and Government stakeholders.
• Support multiple projects in a dynamic construction management environment.
