Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling across complex projects. You will collaborate with project teams to develop baselines, issue updates, and oversee life-cycle scheduling on diverse project types.

Required are a 10-year track record with 4 years in field construction on large ground-up projects and 6 years in scheduling, plus a relevant bachelor's degree. Travel is possible; west coast experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Ten years of experience including four years of field construction on large ground-up projects and six years in project scheduling.
• Experience on both commercial and residential projects, preferably on the west coast.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely development of baseline schedules and provide schedule updates throughout the life cycle.
• Assist project teams to ensure delays are adequately documented.
• Develop contingency options with the team to accelerate schedule.
• Review contracts for scheduling needs and profile critical timelines with site requirements.
• Mentor junior Schedulers as needed.
• Some travel required.
