Job summary

CEC is seeking a Project Scheduler 2 to develop and manage project schedules and create templates for field use. You will assist project managers, train foremen and PMs on processes, and provide detailed analysis for management reviews.

The role requires five years of P6 experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Primavera scheduling and MS Office is essential. Office environment with field travel may be required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Primavera with understanding of construction sequencing and logic.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT tools used in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supports project team and stakeholders in managing schedules for delivery.
• Coordinate with schedulers from GC/designer-build teams to monitor risk.
• Maintain milestone program; ensure definitions are agreed with stakeholders.
• Identify schedule logic, constraints, and major milestones; review sessions.
• Analyze schedule reports and ensure alignment with project execution plan.
• Provide what-if schedules and consolidated progress reports.
