Job summary

T3W Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to drive CPM-based construction schedules in San Diego, CA using Primavera P6 and integrated master schedules for multiple concurrent projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years of CPM scheduling experience, and strong communication with project managers, contractors, and government stakeholders. U.S. citizen is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining CPM construction schedules.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and Primavera P6.
• Experience on medical, pharmaceutical, or heavy-highway construction environments.
• Ability to clearly communicate schedule findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain CPM baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or similar platform.
• Develop and maintain program- and project-level schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
• Update schedules with narratives, progress analyses, and milestone reporting.
• Integrate project and subcontractor schedules into master schedules.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, float, sequencing, and critical path activities.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Analyze contractor schedules and proposed revisions for acceptability.
• Provide scheduling analysis and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.
• Support Time Impact Analyses for REAs, delays, and other impacts.
• Help manage multiple projects in a dynamic construction environment.
