Job summary

PMCS Group, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Scheduler III to support complex construction programs in a hybrid work environment.

You will manage baselines, perform schedule integration, and coordinate with contractor schedulers to ensure critical path adherence and timely project completion. The role requires deep expertise in Primavera P6, CPM methods, earned value and progress reporting, with strong communication to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, earned value reporting, and project controls.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and communicate schedule trends to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review Baseline Construction Schedule for conformance and proper WBS, sequencing, and critical path.
• Coordinate with Contractor Scheduler for clarification and resolution of schedule deficiencies.
• Provide written evaluation and responses on Baseline Schedule submittals.
• Monitor contractor monthly schedule updates for logic changes, progress reporting, and critical path changes.
• Attend weekly meetings and track 3-week look-ahead schedules for accuracy.
• Develop and communicate progress and risk assessments to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain an owner shadow schedule and prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) submittals.
