Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in CM/ Civil/ ME or Architecture, with at least 10 years in scheduling, including 4 years field experience on large ground‑up projects, and 6 years in

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience including four years of field construction on large ground-up projects.
• Six years in project scheduling.
• Experience on both commercial and residential projects, preferably on the west coast.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop baseline schedules, provide schedule updates, and manage implementation throughout the life cycle of various project types.
• Assist project teams to ensure delays are adequately documented.
• Develop contingency options with the team to accelerate schedule.
• Review contracts for specific scheduling needs and profile critical timelines to ensure project schedules show appropriate detail based upon job site requirements.
• Mentor junior Schedulers as needed.
• Some travel required.
