Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to join our team to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors. The candidate will have 5–7 years of applicable experience and be proficient in Primavera P6 and Tableau, capable of building complex schedules, look-ahead plans, and progress reports while coordinating with project managers and contractors.

On-site presence may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
• Prior experience building a complex master schedule
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting.
• Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
• Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity.
• Produce high level and 1, 3, 6 months look ahead from P6 for reporting.
• Produce logic driven schedules from initiation through closeout; identify major phases and dependencies.
• Create E2E master schedules using rolling wave planning and detailed construction schedules.
• Resource loading schedules and reporting on over/underutilization.
• Monitor and communicate possible project issues that could delay the schedule.
