Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to lead scheduling for large-scale construction programs, including data centers, infrastructure and energy projects. You will create and manage schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau, align with project teams, and ensure schedule integrity across multi-disciplinary groups.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and preferably AACE scheduling certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
Prior experience building a complex master schedule.
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting.
Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

Responsibilities

Implementing best practices and reporting trends both internally and externally.
Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.
Produce monthly progress reports and keep schedules up to date.
