Job summary

Turner & Townsend in New York seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to lead scheduling for large-scale construction programs, bringing expertise in Primavera P6 and Tableau.

You will create and analyze schedules, manage critical path logic, coordinate with project managers and contractors, and produce regular progress reports. A bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field with 5–7 years of experience is required; AACE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is required.
• 5–7 years of applicable experience in scheduling for large construction programs.
• AACE planning/scheduling certification is preferred.
• Experience building and managing complex master schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
• Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Manage schedules using critical path method and ensure schedule integrity.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and communicate schedule risks efficiently.
