Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to join our team to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs. The successful candidate will bring experience supporting delivery of construction and capital projects within key markets, including data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy & natural resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related to construction.
• Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience.
• AACE planning/scheduling certification preferred.
• Prior experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and contracting.
• Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practices and reporting trends both internally and externally.
• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
• Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.
• Actively work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity.
• Produce 1, 3, 6 months look ahead from P6 for reporting.
• Produce logic-driven schedules from initiation through closeout; identify major phases and dependencies.
• Utilize P6 to create E2E master schedules and detailed construction schedules; update schedules regularly and manage resources and float paths.
