Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs, including data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy projects. The role focuses on Primavera P6 and Tableau for portfolio oversight and requires strong coordination with project managers and contractors.

The successful candidate will have 5–7 years of scheduling experience, a related Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with master scheduling,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or construction related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
Experience building a complex master schedule and familiarity with drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

Create and manage schedules for large-scale construction programs.
Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
Develop E2E master schedules using rolling wave planning.
Produce weekly/monthly progress reports and MS look-ahead schedules.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors and sub-contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
Identify critical path, float, risks and mitigation strategies.
Ensure SOX control responsibilities are adhered to where applicable.
