Jacobs is seeking a Scheduler to support the ATLNext program, developing and maintaining construction schedules, monitoring performance, and communicating risks to leadership. You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work in Atlanta with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in construction project scheduling on EPC projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of Primavera P6 experience.
• Proficiency with PMWeb or similar project controls software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and planning documents for assigned construction contracts.
• Review and verify contractor schedules for compliance with contractual requirements, milestones, and schedule constraints.
• Monitor schedule performance and prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports for project teams and senior leadership.
• Identify and communicate project critical path activities, key milestones, and schedule risks.
• Collect and analyze schedule information from contractors and project teams to support reporting.
• Evaluate schedule impacts, identify conflicts or delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Attend project meetings and provide schedule updates and recommendations to project leadership.
• Support Area Construction Managers and Resident Engineers by identifying schedule issues before project meetings.
