Job summary

Batson-Cook Construction seeks a Scheduler in Atlanta, GA to join our team and help drive project timelines from design through closeout. You will collaborate with Preconstruction and project teams to develop detailed schedules, track progress, and communicate status with clarity.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of on-site scheduling experience, strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and the ability to train others, analyze risks, and report schedule updates to leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–7 years related experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• On-site scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Preconstruction group/project teams to develop schedules.
• Possess strong communication skills and document schedule delays.
• Visit or meet with jobsites weekly, bi-weekly or monthly to review schedule updates.
• Develop detailed construction schedules across project lifecycles.
• Train new P6 and MP users and run schedule reports.
