Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join the Project Controls team for a large-scale data center project on-site in Spartanburg, SC. The role develops, maintains, analyzes, and reports integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Primavera P6 expertise, EPC/EPCM understanding, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule certainty and timely handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of project scheduling experience for mission-critical facilities or large-scale projects.
• Experience supporting commissioning-intensive projects across data centers, manufacturing, or semiconductor facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Collaborate with commissioning managers and startup teams to craft turnover plans.
• Analyze schedule impacts from scope, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning changes.
• Facilitate schedule development meetings with project stakeholders.
• Establish WBS, coding structures, and schedule governance processes.
• Review logic, durations, constraints, calendars, and critical path activities.
• Provide progress updates, forecasts, and schedule health assessments.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
