Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Project Controls team, supporting the delivery of large-scale data center projects onsite in Spartanburg, SC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of project scheduling experience on mission-critical facilities or data centers.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and Primavera Cloud.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis and critical path methods.
• Strong coordination across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Work closely with commissioning managers and startup teams to develop commissioning execution schedules and turnover plans.
• Analyze schedule impacts from scope, design, procurement, construction, or commissioning changes.
• Facilitate schedule development, planning, and progress review meetings with project stakeholders.
• Establish WBS, coding structures, and schedule governance processes.
• Review and validate schedule logic, durations, constraints, calendars, and critical path activities.
• Perform progress updates, forecasting, variance analysis, and schedule health assessments.
• Support IAP sessions, pull-planning workshops, and execution planning activities.
• Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and management presentations for leadership and clients.
• Participate in client meetings and planning sessions to communicate schedule performance, risks, and recovery strategies.
