McGough is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to lead planning, scheduling and progress tracking for commercial projects. You will use Primavera P6 and Last Planner methods to develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with owners and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of scheduling experience in construction, strong knowledge of 4D planning, and the ability to lead pull planning meetings and risk mitigation activities. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or 8 years relevant experience in scheduling
• 10+ years construction & scheduling experience
• 4D visual planning knowledge
• Strong understanding of construction processes & delivery methods
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules; claims avoidance
• Competence in Primavera P6
• With a Bachelor's Degree must have 24 months experience or without a Bachelor's Degree must have 6 years of experience with each of the listed areas

Responsabilidades

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling best practices
• Lead planning with Project Manager and Schedule Dept; develop WBS, durations, sequencing
• Analyze drawings and specs for Baseline schedules
• Monitor schedules and support operations
• Interface with owners, subcontractors and representatives
• Develop conceptual bid/ proposal schedules with Operations
• Use analytics to identify project trends and mitigate risk
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution
• Prepare EVA analysis and schedule-cost integration
• Evaluate actual status relative to plan
• Analyze impact of changes and prepare Time Impact Analyses
• Develop detailed schedules with Primavera P6
• Coordinate with teams on scope and updates
• Work with Last Planner team to gather weekly plans
• Participate in weekly subcontractor meetings
• Identify project constraints and progress issues
• Support Lean events and McGough processes
• Handle special projects as needed
