McGough Construction is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to develop and maintain comprehensive CPM schedules for complex commercial projects. The role requires expert use of Primavera P6 and experience leading pull planning and Last Planner activities to align milestones with the critical path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or 8+ years of relevant experience substituted for education.
• 10+ years of construction and scheduling experience.
• Strong knowledge of 4D visual planning methodologies and critical path scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for commercial construction projects using Primavera P6.
• Attend weekly progress meetings; review subcontractor weekly work plans and update project tracking tools.
• Lead pull planning meetings to create work plans for milestones along the critical path.
• Coordinate with Last Planner and project teams to gather weekly plans and update schedules.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses and EVA-related reporting as required.
• Monitor schedules, analyze variances, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
