Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for commercial projects. The role uses Primavera P6 and Last Planner System to track progress, attend weekly progress meetings, and lead pull planning sessions to create detailed work plans on the critical path.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction scheduling, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and strong knowledge of 4D planning, risk analysis, and multitask

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of relevant scheduling experience.
- 10+ years of construction scheduling experience.
- Proficiency with 4D visual planning and critical path scheduling.
- Knowledge of earned value management or project controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling best practices.
Lead planning efforts alongside Project Manager and Schedule Department.
Analyze drawings and documents to produce usable Baseline schedules.
Monitor and update schedules prepared by Operations and guide teams.
