Job summary

McGough is seeking a Senior Construction Schedule Manager to develop and maintain schedules for commercial projects. The role leverages critical path methods and industry standards to track progress and lead project-planning meetings with owners, subcontractors, and teams.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree in construction or related field with 6+ years of experience (or 10+ years without a degree) and strong communication, scheduling proficiency, and PM skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, or 10+ years if no degree.
• Experience in construction phase of project lifecycle and design-build context.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with owners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Lead planning meetings with PMs and scheduling department.
• Analyze drawings and docs to produce baseline schedules.
• Monitor schedules and provide guidance to operations staff.
• Support risk mitigation and reporting on project trends.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses and lookahead schedules.
• Coordinate with submittals, procurement, and permitting progress.
