Job summary

McGough seeks a Senior Construction Scheduler to develop and maintain critical path schedules for high-profile commercial projects. The role uses Last Planner System, weekly progress reviews, and pull planning to create milestone work plans on the critical path.

Responsibilities include leading scheduling with the Project Manager, developing WBS, tracking progress, and producing reports with EVA analysis. Hybrid work may be available after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for education.
• 10+ years of construction & scheduling experience.
• Working knowledge of 4D visual planning methodologies.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project delivery methods.
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules and claims avoidance techniques.
• Competence in Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline construction schedules.
• Lead planning alongside Project Manager and Schedule Department.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses and update schedule progress.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Produce EVA analysis and integrate cost with schedule.
• Develop detailed schedules using Primavera P6.
