APSI Construction Management, Inc. in Alhambra, CA is seeking an experienced Scheduler II/III to develop, maintain, and report schedules for a portfolio of recovery and rebuild capital projects for the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works.

The anticipated program value is approximately $800 million, with a long‑term, full‑time assignment under the Rebuild Authority Program. The role requires a strong background in CPM logic, Primavera P6 and MS Project, and coordination with design

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years (Scheduler II) or 15 years (Scheduler III) of project scheduling experience on public capital or construction projects, including at least 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling projects from design through construction and close-out
• Education background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in scheduling software, including Primavera and Microsoft Project
• Ability to develop CPM baseline schedules and maintain them through regular updates
• Ability to build and maintain an integrated master program schedule across multiple concurrent projects
• Experience reviewing contractor baseline schedules, updates, and recovery schedules for contract compliance
