Job summary

PMCS Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a major Southern California public agency's disaster rebuild program. You will manage schedules for a portfolio of recovery and rebuild capital projects valued at approximately $800 million.

This is a hybrid position based in the Los Angeles area. FEMA experience preferred; advanced Primavera and MS Project skills are required. Responsibilities include developing CPM baselines, maintaining the integrated master schedule, reviewing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project scheduling experience on public capital or construction projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presenting schedule status to management.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop CPM baseline schedules and maintain through updates.
• Build and maintain an integrated master program schedule across multiple projects.
• Review contractor baseline schedules and monthly updates for contract compliance.
