Qualifications

• Minimum 10 or 15 years of project scheduling experience on public capital or construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and MS Project scheduling software.
• Education background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Ability to develop CPM baseline schedules and maintain updates.
• Ability to build an integrated master schedule across projects.
• Review contractor baselines and recovery schedules for contract compliance.
• Prepare time impact analyses and delay claims.
• Perform resource loading and cost loading; support earned value reporting.
• Produce schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, and executive summaries.
• Strong oral and written communication; present schedule status to management.
• Coordinate with PMs, designers, contractors, and partner agencies to identify risks and mitigations.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
