Job summary

CLMI Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Scheduler II/III to develop, maintain, and report schedules for a portfolio of recovery and rebuild capital projects in Los Angeles County.

The role requires 5+ years of scheduling experience on public works or construction projects, with advanced skills in Primavera and MS Project. Responsibilities include CPM baselines, updates, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of planning/scheduling public works or construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera and MS Project.
• Experience in CPM baseline schedules and updates.
• Ability to build an integrated master program schedule across multiple projects.
• Experience reviewing contractor baselines and recovery schedules for contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and report schedules for a portfolio of recovery and rebuild projects.
• Produce schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, milestones, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with project managers, design consultants, contractors, and partner agencies on schedule risks and mitigation.
