Job summary

CLMI Group seeks an experienced Scheduler II/III for Los Angeles County Public Works – Rebuild Authority. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and reporting schedules for a portfolio of recovery and rebuild projects valued around $800 million.

Candidates should have strong CPM scheduling skills and be prepared to visit job sites as needed. Requirements include 10 years (Level II) or 15 years (Level III) of scheduling on public capital projects, proficiency in Primavera and MS Project,

Qualifications

• 10+ years scheduler experience on public capital or construction projects.
• 15+ years scheduler experience on public capital projects (Scheduler III).
• Proficient CPM baseline schedules and updates.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and report schedules for recovery and rebuild capital projects.
• Prepare time impact analyses and delay claims.
• Review contractor baseline schedules and updates for contract compliance.
• Build and maintain an integrated master program schedule across multiple concurrent projects.
• Produce schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, and executive summaries.
• Present schedule status to management and coordinate with project managers, design consultants, and contractors.
