Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field with 6+ years of experience or equivalent
• Scheduling certification is a plus
• Proficient in scheduling software applications such as Primavera P6
• Experience with scheduling comparison tools like Acumen Fuse and Change Inspector
• Experience on large construction projects (>$100M) and in construction roles
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and specs to develop schedules
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development of CPM-based project schedules with stakeholders
• Maintain schedule dashboards and update points based on project cadence
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, and Construction teams to align schedules
• Coordinate with VDC Engineer to align schedules and models
• Lead constructability reviews and impact analyses for schedule changes
• Prepare and review Last Planner-based schedules and look-ahead plans
• Monitor critical path, risks, and forecasting to meet end dates
• Provide guidance to end-users on scheduling software and best practices
