Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field; minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience on large construction projects (>$50M).
• Proficiency with scheduling software (Oracle Primavera P6).
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and scopes of work to develop project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules for large/multiple complex construction projects.
• Collaborate with project team to confirm Contract Item List and ROJ dates.
• Develop CPM-based baseline schedules using scheduling software and align with PM/VDc schedules.
• Prepare detailed schedules, dashboards, and look‑ahead analyses; provide progress updates and risk assessments.
