Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Houston seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to lead scheduling for large-scale construction programs. You will develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6, analyze data, and collaborate with project teams across sectors including data centers and energy projects.

The role requires strong experience in master schedules, critical path logic, and reporting. You will produce monthly progress reports and help ensure schedule integrity from initiation through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience.
• AACE certification in planning/scheduling preferred.
• Prior experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting.
• Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
• Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.
• Actively work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity.
• Produce logic driven schedules from limited project information a conceptual schedule from initiation through to closeout; identify major phases through that timeline and be able to determine and discuss dependencies.
• Regularly updating schedules in-line with Program calendar following standard planning principles.
• Resource loading schedules and producing management overview of over and underutilization effectively.
