Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Scheduling professional to develop and maintain CPM-based project schedules for large construction initiatives. You will work with engineers and superintendents to align baseline and updated schedules, tracking progress and identifying risks to the project timeline.

Responsibilities include collaborating with VDC teams, preparing detailed schedule deliverables, and providing monthly updates for client and operations reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience on large construction projects (>$50m).
• Proficient with scheduling software such as Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools and earned value concepts.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings and scopes for schedule development.
• Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for large or multiple complex projects using CPM logic.
• Revise and review project schedules with the project team and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with engineers, superintendents, and VDC teams to align schedules.
• Prepare detailed schedules, dashboards, and look-ahead planning and communicate risks.
• Develop recovery strategies to maintain schedule adherence and support procurement/logistics.
• Generate scheduling reports for ORM or client reviews and maintain schedule data quality.
