Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with at least 4 years of experience.
• Experience on large construction projects (>$50m).
• Experience in construction roles (e.g., Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent).
• Proficient in scheduling software (Oracle Primavera P6).
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector).
• Ability to interpret docs and develop project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise project schedules for large or multiple projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and superintendents to confirm CIL and ROJ dates.
• Coordinate with VDC team to align schedules and models.
• Create milestone look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
• Publish schedules and provide monthly updates for reviews.
• Identify events impacting schedule and perform time impact analysis.
• Lead Last Planner System integration and schedule improvements.
• Develop and update cost/resource loaded schedules as requested.
