Job summary

Turner Construction is seeking a Senior Scheduling Engineer for Mission Critical projects in Milwaukee. You will lead construction schedules, perform CPM-based planning, and collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, Commissioning, and Construction teams to align schedules with project goals.

You will develop and maintain baseline and look-ahead schedules, coordinate with VDC engineers, and provide time-impact analyses while supporting GMP submissions and project reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Scheduling Certification (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP) is a plus.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Experience with scheduling comparison tools (Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector).
• Experience on large construction projects (>$100M).
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings and specs for scheduling.
• Knowledge of estimates to develop project schedules and risk analysis.
• Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of construction project schedules with stakeholders and teams.
• Monitor progress against defined schedules using CPM logic.
• Collaborate to confirm Contract Item List (CIL) and ROJ dates.
• Develop baseline schedules and align with VDC and other departments.
• Prepare detailed and look-ahead schedules and track variances.
• Lead constructability reviews and support GMP submissions.
• Maintain project schedule dashboards and update cadence.
• Review progress at ORM and other project review sessions.
