Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a skilled Scheduler in Dallas to develop and manage schedules for large or complex construction programs. The role requires coordinating with engineers, superintendents, and procurement teams to finalize CIL, ROJ dates, and time-sensitive milestones.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4+ years of experience on major projects, and strong knowledge of CBT and earned value concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field with 4+ years of related experience
• Experience on large construction projects (>$50M)
• Proficient use of scheduling software (e.g., Oracle Primavera P6)
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (e.g., Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector)
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specs, and scopes to develop schedules
• Familiar with earned value concepts and productivity analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for large/complex projects and revise with project team
• Collaborate with Engineer and Superintendent to confirm CIL, ROJ dates, and procurement schedule
• Create CPM-based baseline schedules and update dashboards
• Generate scheduling reports and provide monthly updates for reviews
• Identify events impacting schedule and develop time impact analyses
• Support BD and marketing with proposal scheduling activities
