Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field with 4+ years of scheduling experience.
• Experience on large construction projects (> $50M) required.
• Proficient in interpreting drawings, specs, and scopes to develop schedules.
• Knowledge of earned value concepts and resource loading techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop schedules for large or multiple projects and monitor progress.
• Revise and review project schedules with the project team and track progress against the schedule.
• Reference Scheduling Playbook to adhere to company policies and practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, superintendents, and procurement to align schedules.
• Develop CPM-based baseline schedules using scheduling software.
• Create schedule dashboards, reports, and look-ahead analyses.
• Identify events impacting the schedule and perform time impact analyses.
• Engage with VDC to align schedules and models.
• Support BD/Marketing with proposal scheduling activities.
