Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Schedule Manager to develop and maintain schedules for commercial projects. The role focuses on critical path scheduling, progress tracking, and leading planning meetings with the project team.

Qualifications include a four-year degree in Construction Management or related field and 6+ years of experience in construction scheduling. Hybrid work with some onsite Rochester presence is expected; strong communication and coordination

Qualifications

Requires a four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 6 years relevant experience, or 10+ years if no degree.
Experience in construction phase of project lifecycle.
Experience with design-build contracts.

Responsibilities

Understand and implement McGough Scheduling Standards and industry best practices on projects.
Lead planning alongside Project Manager and Scheduling Department.
Develop Work-Breakdown Structure (WBS), durations, and sequencing.
Create Baseline schedules using Primavera P6 for construction projects.
Monitor schedules and provide guidance to Operations staff.
Prepare Time Impact Analyses per accepted standards.
Interact with project teams to define scope of work and update schedules.
