Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Occupational Safety or Health.
• CSP, ASP, CHST, STS, or CSHO-C certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive safety management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage field safety staff, surveys, audits, investigations, and data for project operations.
• Review daily safety coordinator Velocity reports and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; communicate findings to Safety Director.
• Maintain records and documents to meet corporate, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to project leadership and monitor subcontractor safety performance.
