Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or extensive training in environmental health and safety discipline.
• 1–3 years in construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction required; OSHA 510/511 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coach Foremen in completing ORM boards and Job Hazard Analyses.
• Submit Site Safety Audit reports daily with findings and corrective actions.
• Interact with field personnel to address safety observations and provide feedback.
• Assist with job-site safety orientations for new employees.
• Assist site supervision in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Perform periodic audits of tools and equipment to ensure good condition.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety rules and project requirements.
