Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of construction and safety experience.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible construction safety experience.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing safety performance for large, complex, or multiple construction projects.
• Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior EHS representative for assigned projects or operational areas and partner with project leadership to integrate safety into planning.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Safety Coordinators and Safety Specialists and support onboarding.
• Investigate incidents, ensure timely and consistent investigations, and develop corrective action plans.
• Lead and mentor Safety personnel, promoting consistency in EHS practices across projects.
• Support company-wide EHS initiatives, analyze safety metrics, and participate in cross-functional committees.
