Job summary

Haydon is seeking a Safety Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety across construction projects. You will partner with Operations to identify risks, ensure compliance, and elevate safety culture on site.

Responsibilities include mentoring Safety staff, conducting investigations, and guiding corrective actions. Travel to active sites is expected; strong communication and analytical skills are essential to reduce incidents and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent construction safety experience.
• 7+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience managing safety for large or multiple projects.
• Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior EHS leader for projects or operations.
• Collaborate with project leaders to embed safety in planning and execution.
• Guide investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Mentor Safety staff and promote consistent EHS practices.
• Analyze safety metrics and drive improvements.
