Layton Construction seeks a Senior Safety Coordinator to actively support project teams in implementing environmental, safety, and health standards at the site level. The role requires a solid foundation in construction safety practices and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.

Key duties include reinforcing 'The Layton Way' to deliver predictable outcomes, enforcing safety policies, investigating incidents, and coordinating safety training across sites to maintain compliant

Formación

• BA/BS preferred with minimum 3 years in construction health and safety programs.
• OSHA 510 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry certificate.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within the last two years.
• OSHA 30-hour Training for construction and STS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Champion safety programs and ensure Layton Way outcomes on projects.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and enforce Layton safety policies.
• Assist ESH Manager with incident investigations and data collection.
• Oversee workers' compensation matters and report timely information.
• Lead site safety orientations and participate in pre-construction safety discussions.
• Provide safety training to employees and subcontractors at the site level.
• Support VP-Field Operations and HR to ensure regulatory compliance.
