Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Construction Quality Manager to direct quality across a major program, with Quality Managers and inspectors reporting to you. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, shaping every QC person on the project.

When an agency or owner audits the project, you are the person in the room. You will lead internal audits, manage the corrective-action program, and report quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality, with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C or senior certification: ICC special inspector, NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate owner, agency, and third-party audits; manage corrective-action program.
