Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major industrial program. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and the development of QC personnel.

You supervise Quality Managers I–II, coordinate audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented across projects. Ten-plus years in construction quality with leadership experience are required, with senior certifications such as USACE CQM-C, ICC, NICET IV, or ASQ-CQA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs.
• Senior certifications such as USACE CQM-C or ICC/NICET/ASQ are required.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the site quality management system, audit program, and corrective-action program.
• Direct Quality Managers and inspectors; oversee audits by owner, agency, and third parties.
• Report quality metrics monthly to program leadership and approve QC plans and subcontractor qualifications.
