Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to oversee quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and interactions with the owner's quality organization, while developing every QC person on the program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years in managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Ability to build and scale a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
