Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the quality management system, drive the audit program, and develop every QC person on the project.

You report to program leadership and coordinate with owner quality teams. The role requires 10+ years in construction quality, 5+ years in leadership, and senior certifications such as USACE CQM-C, ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading programs and staff.
• Senior certification: USACE CQM-C plus ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.

Responsibilities

• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects.
• Own the site quality management system and the audit program.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory and inspection subcontractor qualifications.
