Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, oversee a QC team, and own the site quality management system and audit program. You will lead internal audits, host owner and third-party audits, and drive corrective actions with senior accountability.

The role requires 10+ years in construction quality with leadership experience and certifications such as USACE CQM-C+, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE; experience with ISO 9001/ NQA-1/

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Certified QA professional with listed certifications.
• Experience with ISO 9001 / NQA-1 / DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system (plans, procedures, forms, audit schedule).
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory/subcontractor qualifications; report metrics monthly.
• Manage and coach staff, and be the program's memory across changes.
