Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager who will direct the program-wide quality system, audits, and staff development across multiple projects. You will own the corrective-action program and oversee QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications, reporting metrics to leadership.

With 10+ years in construction quality and certifications like USACE CQM-C and NICET/ASQ credentials, you will build a robust QC organization and interface with owner quality teams on ISO/NQA-1

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and develop staff
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits
• Own the corrective-action program; approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications
• Report quality metrics—test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings—to program leadership monthly
